Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, and must be in new condition with original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Hydra Vapor Tech Offers a 1 year warrantee on the aluminum shell of the case against breakage and warping. The remaining parts will receive 30 days against breakage or manufacturer defect. Once the item is inspected and approved your replacement will be mailed within 15 days. If at any point during the review of the damaged product, it is deemed to have been intentionally or unnaturally damaged. You will be notified and a replacement will not be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
